More about our Weather Pack
Weather Pack connectors (Delphi Weather Pack) are an environmentally sealed automotive connector system originally developed by Delphi Packard for General Motors vehicles and now widely used across automotive, agricultural, marine, and industrial applications worldwide. Weather Pack connectors are designed to withstand extreme temperature ranges from -40°C to +125°C, along with exposure to moisture, engine compartment fluids, and chemicals — making them suitable for demanding underhood and outdoor installations.
The Weather Pack system features nylon housings for optimal temperature resistance and flexibility, tin-plated terminals with flex pin and lap lock designs for high reliability, and self-lubricating multi-rib silicone seals that provide a watertight, durable seal that will not stain, deteriorate, or corrode adjacent materials. A positive snap-locking action with secondary locking ensures that terminals are securely retained within the connector housing, while providing access to terminals for field service without damaging the connector body. Weather Pack connectors are available in 1–6 cavity configurations across multiple wire gauge ranges.
Minespec NSW stocks Weather Pack connectors, housings, terminals, wire seals, and crimping tools for customers building and servicing vehicle electrical systems in racing, off-road, construction, agricultural, and mining applications. Weather Pack is also found as OEM fitment on many GM and John Deere vehicles, making our stock an important resource for auto electricians and fleet maintenance teams working on these vehicle platforms.
