More about our 150 Series

The Metri-Pack 150 Series is one of the most widely used sealed automotive connector systems in the world, found as OEM fitment across a broad range of light vehicles, commercial vehicles, agricultural equipment, and industrial machinery. Designed by Delphi (now Aptiv) for compact, low-energy circuit applications where space savings, sealing, and durability are equally important, the 150 Series provides reliable environmental protection for underhood, chassis, and sensor applications across a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.

Metri-Pack 150 Series sealed connectors feature triple-rib silicone-coated peripheral seals that protect against water, dust, dirt, and chemicals, making them ideally suited for critical low-energy electronic applications. The 150 Series is rated to 14 amps maximum per circuit with a male tab width of 1.5mm, and uses Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) wire organisers and Connector Position Assurance (CPA) housing locks to ensure secure terminal retention and vibration resistance. These connectors pass the SAE J2030 Heavy-Duty Electrical Connector Standard with silver interface platings.

Minespec NSW stocks the Metri-Pack 150 Series in multiple cavity configurations alongside the associated contacts, seals, TPA and CPA components, and crimping tools. Whether you're replacing a damaged Metri-Pack connector on a GM or John Deere vehicle, repairing agricultural equipment sensor wiring, or specifying Metri-Pack for a new harness build, our 150 Series range has the components needed for a complete, professional assembly.
